At Puure, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping practices.

All orders are processed every day of the week. Processing time is typically between 1 and 4 business days. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, delivery time is estimated between 2 and 4 business days, depending on the destination.

The total estimated delivery time, including both processing and transit, is 3 to 8 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 (CET/Paris time) are processed the same day when possible.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or local customs procedures.
