Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Your order confirmation emails include a direct link to manage or cancel your subscription.

Products received through a subscription are covered by the same 100-day, 50% refund policy.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you’re reserving a product that’s currently out of stock or not yet available.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it’s fulfilled.

If the order has already been shipped, our 100-day refund policy applies.

If the product doesn’t fit your tap or you’re not satisfied, you’ll receive a refund of 50% of the product price, and you can keep the product.

No return is required.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel an Order

  1. Contact our support team at customercare@puurefilters.com within 100 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and explain your situation (for example, if the product didn’t fit or didn’t meet your expectations).

  3. Once verified, your refund (50% of the product price) will be processed to your original payment method.
